1. Current configuration
This version of the website does not include analytics, advertising pixels, embedded maps, chat widgets or marketing trackers. It uses essential browser storage to remember that you closed the cookie-information notice. WordPress may also use essential cookies for administrators who log in.
2. Essential storage
Essential cookies or local storage support functions specifically requested by the visitor or necessary for security and administration. Consent is not normally required for storage that is strictly necessary, but clear information should still be provided.
3. Optional technologies
If analytics, embedded videos, maps, advertising pixels, chat tools or similar services are added later, they must be assessed before activation. Non-essential storage should not be set until valid consent is obtained where PECR requires it.
4. Consent design
Rejecting optional cookies must be as easy as accepting them, consent must be specific and informed, and optional choices must not be pre-selected. Withdrawal should be easy.
5. Managing browser storage
You can remove stored choices through your browser settings. Blocking essential browser features may affect site operation.
6. Laws and guidance
Cookie use is governed mainly by the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003, the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018 as amended, including relevant Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 changes. ICO guidance should be checked when new tools are added.
